About the Role
We are seeking a Learning and Development Professional to join our team. As a key member of the Organisational Development team, you will work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to identify skill requirements based on organisational needs, workforce planning, and strategic priorities.
The role involves recommending and coordinating innovative learning solutions to meet individual learning needs of employees and workgroups in line with evolving business needs. This includes developing and implementing training programs, facilitating workshops, and providing coaching and mentoring support.
What We Are Looking For
* Tertiary qualification in a related field such as Education, Training and Development, or Human Resources.
* Significant experience in a Learning and Development role or similar, including experience in training design, delivery, and evaluation.
* Ability to negotiate and positively influence/advocate learning and development outcomes across all organisational levels.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with multiple stakeholders, including employees at all levels, managers, and external partners.
* Well-developed project management skills, including experience in planning, coordinating, and evaluating projects.
