The role
This is a dynamic 360 Recruitment Consultant opportunity located in the heart of Surfers Paradise, right on the Cavill Avenue tram line. This role covers a broad remit across the Gold Coast, managing recruitment for business support roles within the construction, manufacturing, and legal sectors. You will be tasked with re-establishing a local presence and driving growth through consistent business development and high-quality candidate engagement.
If you have a strong background in sales or recruitment and a natural ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients, this role is for you. You should be a self-starter who thrives in an autonomous environment, as you will be responsible for driving your own activity and managing your desk with independence. The role requires a high level of organization and the grit needed to rebuild a desk and capitalize on the massive growth occurring across the Gold Coast region.

Responsibilities
* Nurture and strengthen client relationships to understand and fulfill their recruitment requirements effectively.
* Proactively identify and acquire new clients through strategic business development initiatives.
* Source, assess, and place exceptional candidates in roles that align with their skills and aspirations.
* Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
* Facilitate seamless interview and placement processes between candidates and employers, ensuring successful matches.
About you
* A minimum of 2 years of Sales / agency recruitment experience
* You should be driven by a passion for delivering tailored recruitment solutions that meet clients needs
* A strong enthusiasm for business development is crucial
* As a positive and team-oriented individual, you will possess exceptional interpersonal skills that foster strong relationships.
* You are a high achiever with a competitive spirit, thriving in a fast-paced sales environment where success is measured by results.
