The Role
You'll lead sales and marketing activity across the Air & Maritime sectors, shaping strategy, driving business development and strengthening relationships with key Defence and Civil customers. This is a hands‐on, high‐visibility role where you'll identify new opportunities, guide major bids and elevate the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities
* Shape and contribute to strategic sales and marketing objectives.
* Lead major tender responses (RFT/RFQ) from development to submission.
* Develop responses to RFIs and client enquiries.
* Identify, pursue and report new business opportunities across Defence and Civil markets.
* Build strong customer relationships and implement targeted Key Account Plans.
* Deliver market, competitor and trend analysis to inform strategy.
* Promote the company's offering across accounts, markets and stakeholder groups.
* Support marketing initiatives including annual targets, pipelines, budgets and social media campaigns.
* Participate in Business Winning and Life Cycle Management processes, working closely with engineering and project teams.
What You Bring
* 10+ years' Sales & Marketing experience in the Aerospace and Defence sector.
* Deep understanding of aircraft and maritime sustainment, through-life support, ILS, MRO, training and simulation.
* Experience working with platform manufacturers.
* Australian NV1 (or higher) security clearance.
