You will beresponsible for maintaining the presentation of guest rooms, public areas and carrying out repairswithin the property.About the role:Undertake general repairs and maintenance as requiredProvide induction and supervision of external contractorsImplement the preventative maintenance program for each propertyMaintain daily work records and service scheduleMonday to Sunday Rosterof 16 hours, with potential to increasePay rate $32.25ph Monday-Friday with award rates on weekendsQualificationsSuccessful applicants will have:Previous hands-on building maintenance experience;Must have experience in pool maintenanceA passion for delivering exceptional service;Strong time management skills;An excellent work-ethic and proven ability to work unsupervised;Excellent interpersonal and communications.Additional InformationAt Minor Hotels, we value our people as the heart of our success.
