Occupational Therapist Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Port Macquarie. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, evidence-based clinical care in the community, focusing on Home Care Package, Commonwealth Home Support Program, and Hospital Substitution programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver targeted Occupational Therapy for clients with complex health conditions or age-related care needs
* Prescribe aids, equipment, and home modifications to support client goals
* Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team for optimal client outcomes
Requirements:
* Occupational Therapy degree with AHPRA registration
* Valid driver's licence and insured vehicle
