Your new role
- Develop and lead comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including positioning, messaging and pricing
- Own product positioning, audience targeting, and marcoms execution.
- Lead promotional activity and end-user engagement across retail channels.
- Develop strategies to maximise the product's lifecycle, including identifying opportunities for product enhancements, updates, or expansions.
- Collaborate with sales, planning, and retail teams to drive performance.
- Develop marketing materials and sales enablement tools.
- Create training content and educational materials for internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
5+ years experience in a similar Product Manager role within consumer goods categories.Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, or related field.Strong stakeholder management skills and project management abilitiesExperience in lifecycle management and campaign execution.Robust communication and presentation skills.Ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives.A passion for photography is highly regarded.
