The Job Opportunity

* Handle rental enquiries via email and phone, ensuring prompt communication with clients.
* Conduct open homes and inspections to showcase properties to potential tenants.
* Complete new business opens during the week, expanding our portfolio and growing the business.
* Attend photoshoots to capture high-quality images for online advertising.
* Manage diaries effectively to ensure seamless communication and coordination between team members.
* Prepare properties for online advertising, highlighting their features and benefits.
* Sign leases on behalf of the company, ensuring all agreements are binding and compliant.
* Prepare leases and lease packs, including all necessary documents and information.
* Perform various administration duties as required, contributing to the smooth operation of the team.


Requirements

* Prior real estate experience is highly beneficial, with knowledge of industry practices and regulations.
* Hold a current Certificate of Registration and possess a driver's license, with access to a reliable vehicle.
* Demonstrate excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
* Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
* Be a self-starter and office motivator, driving results and pushing the team to achieve excellence.
* Display high levels of organization and attention to detail, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
* Think creatively and outside the box, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
