Food and Beverage Supervisors @ Melbourne AirportEmirates Leisure Retail Australia New Zealand (ELRANZ) operates over 30 venues across 6 Airports in the region.
These include the fresh and vibrant 100 Miles (ADL), the Italian inspired pasta bar Gusto (MEL & SYD) and our own café brand BARista (PER & SYD).
We also partner with iconic brands including Heineken (SYD), AFL (MEL), and Little Creatures (PER).
Launching into Australia in 2008, ELRANZ has rapidly expanded into the Airport Bar & Restaurant marketplace, setting the benchmark globally in premium airport dining.We are a subsidiary of the Dubai based ELR/MMI group owners and operators of over 300 hospitality venues across Asia, The Middle East, Australia and New Zealand.

The ideal candidate should have a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service and be able to inspire and motivate the team to consistently deliver outstanding service.
They are capable of leading by example and setting high standards of professionalism and work ethic.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to)Live, breathe and deliver our company values out to your team membersServe our valued customers with enthusiasmReact to service barriers to ensure smooth & efficient serviceMonitor and train on guest service to maintain high standardsProvide training to the team on how to maximise sales through average check growth (ATV)Manage roster and absenteeism when manager is not on shiftEnsure all tools and procedures are used/followed at all times to ensure consistent quality, and that team members are aware of these processes and trained accordinglyImplement and monitor continuous improvement systems and processesMaintain store cleanliness standards including completion of daily, weekly and monthly cleaning checklists.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEMinimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within the café/restaurant industryAble to train and supervise Front of House team membersExcellent communication, leadership and problem solving skillsA passion for great guest serviceA keen focus on processes and compliance & ensuring quality every timeAbility to work on a 7 days rotating roster, including weekends and public holidaysWHAT WE OFFERTravel discount opportunities with Emirates Airline flightsFood and beverage discounts via our corporate venues, inclusive across Australia and New ZealandOpportunity for career growth and development in addition to ongoing daily trainingFree access to our Employee Health and Wellbeing Assistance Program (TELUS Health)Reward and Recognition ProgramShopping Discounts with leading retailers on our online platform (Swag Store)Apply now!
