What you will need:
Be a compassionate, empathetic and detail-oriented person
Drivers license and access to a road worthy vehicle
Genuine desire to provide the best quality care for people with disabilities
Explicit alignment to our organisation's values
Excellent communication and proven computer skills
Initiative and drive to work independently as well as part of a team
Must have drivers license and access to a reliable/registered and insured vehicle
Have at least two years experience or studying in the community care industry
Have or be able to obtain a working with children check, police check and first aid certificate.
Cleared criminal record check obtained within 12 months
Have received three doses of the COVID-19 vaccine.

Competitive starting salary/hourly rate + 10.5% Superannuation, hourly rate is dependent on your experience and qualifications and vary on evenings and weekends.
