GYM MANAGER - SNAP FITNESS MT OMMANEY

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of personal trainers and support staff.
* Foster a strong, inclusive team culture aligned with Snap Fitness values.
* Recruit, onboard, and train new team members.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and set KPIs for staff.
Sales & Member Growth
* Drive membership growth through outbound sales, local area marketing, and referral strategies.
* Deliver engaging in person tours and effectively convert leads into memberships.
* Build strong relationships with current and prospective members to boost retention and satisfaction.
Operations & Facility Management
* Oversee all aspects of daily operations to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming gym environment.
* Ensure all equipment is functional, serviced, and well maintained.
* Manage gym rosters, group fitness schedules, and personal training availability.
* Handle member feedback, complaints, and ensure a high level of customer service.
Business & Financial Management
* Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and maximize profitability.
* Track and report on sales performance, member growth, and retention metrics.
* Develop and execute business strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Requirements
* Certificate III or IV in Fitness
* Current First Aid & CPR certification
* Previous experience as a Gym Manager or in a senior leadership role within a fitness facility
* Proven track record in fitness sales and team management
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a passion for fitness and community building
