genU is looking for a passionate & enthusiastic Physical Health & Wellbeing Consultant to conduct initial assessments, develop and monitor individualized exercise programs at one of our sites in Rockingham, making adjustments as needed to provide optimal person‐centred outcomes. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone who has just graduated or has around 12 months of experience as an Exercise Physiologist.

What you'll do
As a Physical Health & Wellbeing Consultant in our Matchworks team you'll:
* Work with individuals on a one‐to‐one basis and in groups on site to support those experiencing physical health and/or wellbeing concerns.
* Conduct a range of assessments including functional capacity evaluation, musculoskeletal and fitness, worksite and ergonomic.
* Prescribe clinical exercise with a focus on work conditioning and strengthening modelled on client‐focused short‐term interventions.
* Deliver psycho‐educational, work conditioning, manual handling, chronic pain management and strengthening group‐based program.
What you'll bring
* Accredited Exercise Physiologist registered with ESSA (Exercise and Sports Science Australia) or an AHPRA registered Physiotherapist.
* Demonstrated ability to apply evidence‐based and best practice therapeutic approaches.
* Possess exceptional organisational abilities to facilitate the prioritisation and effective management of key duties.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate.
* Experience in the Disability Sector.
* Previous experience in a similar role.
