The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive, reliable and organised individual to join our team as an Operations Coordinator.
This role is a key position in supporting the dynamic and friendly team, assisting to deliver exceptional service to our customers and clients, and keeping our drivers busy and safe.
Day-to-day this role involves the overall operations coordination of the Rockhampton branch, including scheduling driver and sub-contractor runs, pickups and deliveries, customer service, general administration such as processing run sheets, emails and scheduling vehicle services, and supporting the team in all administration tasks.

Your Responsibilities
* Ensuring all data entered for invoicing and reporting
* Driver supervision and management
* Scheduling daily runs, coordinating pickups and deliveries
* Processing runsheets and waste certificates
* Performing general administrative tasks; scanning and filing paperwork
* Monitoring driver fatigue and safety
* Liaising with workshop and manager regarding vehicle breakdowns and defects
* Meeting customer demands and expectations
Requirements
* Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Sheets
* Be reliable, with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
* People, relationship and communication skills
* Ability to work accurately with a strong attention to detail
* Previous supervisor or operations experience is desirable but not required
