In this entry-level role, you'll learn the back end of trading operations while building the skills needed to grow into a fully-fledged Sales Executive / Trader. Your primary focus will be on administrative and operational tasks that support client applications, quoting, and supplier communication — all within a dynamic global trading environment.
About the Role
You'll work closely with senior team members, including the Director and commercial staff, contributing to daily operations while gaining real-world exposure to international trade, client management, and product sourcing.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide admin support to the Director and commercial team
* Assist with client inquiries and prepare accurate product quotations
* Help with supplier communications and costings
* Maintain records of customer specifications, pricing, and contract details
* Support product research and supplier development
* Handle general office duties while learning trade operations
Opportunities Available
* Participate in internal strategy discussions (pricing, sourcing, etc.)
* Engage with customers and suppliers in a professional, proactive manner
* Contribute to expanding the company's product offering and client base
* Learn how to apply INCOTERMS and manage international shipments
Essential Skills Needed:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Demonstrated interest in sales, trading, or customer service
* Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and build a long-term career
* Professional presentation and interpersonal skills
Desirable:
* Internship or part-time experience in a commercial/office environment
* Degree (or studying towards) in Business, Commerce, or International Trade
* Exposure to international logistics, INCOTERMS, or overseas markets an advantage but not necessary
* Multilingual abilities or experience with international clients
