We are looking for an experienced professional to fill the position of a Senior Case Manager. This role involves providing leadership and guidance to a team of caseworkers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to achieve their goals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work, psychology or a related field, with experience in leading and managing teams in complex and challenging situations.
They will also have a demonstrated understanding of trauma-informed care and the impact poverty, trauma and violence have on children and families.
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and establishing daily priorities and resource allocations for caseworkers, nurturing high-quality work and encouraging a culture of best practice methods amongst staff.
You will also be required to initiate court proceedings, provide support and guidance to caseworkers, and contribute to operational and policy issues and change management strategies that support the agency's goals and objectives.
