**The Opportunity**:
The Executive Business Manager will act as a trusted advisor to the Executive Director and the Managing Director of an associated company. They will manage key portfolios with the Motorsport business as well as assisting the ED in his other portfolios as requested from time to time

You will work independently on priorities and tasks directly related to the ED so your ability to anticipate and act with confidence will make a real impact in achieving results. Our Director works best in tandem with a talented, organised and driven professional.

**The Role**:

- Lease management and administration, both for internal and external 3rd party tenants
- Review and assist in budget administration, financial controls and compliance
- Follow up initiatives with senior personnel within the team, on behalf of the Director
- Compile Commercial Briefs for engagement with vendors, and provide assistance and guidance to members of the team on same
- Co-ordinate/ manage legal documentation & risk portfolios for the Motorsport business with inputs from Peregrine teams as directed by the MD
- Support the HR function for the Motorsport business in collaboration with human resources, and other Peregrine teams as required
- Government relationship management including submissions
- Assist in the management of the insurance requirements for the Motorsport business and Executive Director
- Analyse operational processes and implement improvements in the Motorsport business and provide instruction to the curriculum writer to document.
- Contribute to business planning and strategy development for the Motorsport business
- Provide confidential business support services to the Executive Director
- Represent the Executive Director with internal and external stakeholders as required
- Oversee projects or initiatives and facilitate the process of an idea through to execution. Project management may be required from time to time
- Any other tasks as requested from time to time
- Demonstrated experience and qualifications in Legal, Business or Accounting
- Anticipate and act - be 2 steps ahead of the Director
- Level-headed approach to problems
- Accuracy in advice
- Ability to work both independently and as a team
- Timely response to Executive Director's needs
- Ability to save Executive Director time
- Professional interactions with all stakeholders
- Meeting briefs are accurate and timely
- Positive internal and external stakeholder feedback
- Maintenance of strict confidentiality
- Records are managed securely
