We are a growing 4WD accessories store looking for a Sales Assistant / Pick and Packer. Some experience in a retail role is preferred, but not necessary. Training will be provided on the job.
Responsibilities
* Answering phones, pricing up customers for the work they would like performed and booking them in.
* Packaging items that are to be posted.
* Helping to transfer stock from other local warehouses.
* Showing customers products and demonstrating how to use said products.
* Learning about the products we supply and the vehicles which they suit to give the customer the best advice and guidance on purchasing.
* Have the ability to lift and move heavy items up to 30kg.
* Demonstrate positive working memory and have the capacity to get back on task quickly after serving customers; the workplace can get busy and this ability is crucial.
* Have valuable speaking ability and customer service skills.
* Be able to work quickly and accurately.
* Be competent with using computers & typing.
Schedule
Will be available Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm. Will be willing to work Saturdays on occasion (at 1.5x loading, Saturday hours will be 8am - 2pm).
Pay
