**About the role**
Our client base has been rapidly growing, and we are currently expanding our team of dedicated, passionate Personal Care Assistants and experienced Aged Care workers, who share the same core values as us and have a passion for helping people and want to strive in the healthcare field.
In this role, your duties will differ depending on the needs of the client, however your duties may include:
- Travelling to clients' homes to assist with all aspects of care to ensure their daily lifestyle and needs are met.
- Ensuring that you are providing the highest quality of person-centred care to our clients.
- Ensuring a high level of dignity of care is provided for the safety and well-being of our clients.
- Maintaining open communication and reporting changes in a client's health status.

**About you**
- Must have a reliable, registered, and insured vehicle and a valid driver's license.
- Have a current First and CPR certification.
- Have a valid NDIS worker screening check.
- Full Covid-19 vaccination, including your booster shot.
- Cert III in Individual Support (age care or disability care) or equivalent
