Business Analyst Role in Banking Originations

Your Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, you will work with a team focused on solving problems and generating great outcomes for staff and clients. Your key responsibilities include understanding staff and customer needs through workshops, gathering requirements, uncovering pain points, and refining user stories. You will also collaborate closely with the Product Manager and Lead Engineer to prioritize our highest value problems and define and execute test cases to ensure high-quality releases.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment, preferably in the financial services sector.
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills with an ability to break down complex problems into manageable components.
* Proficiency in documentation with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Self-motivation with the ability to drive your workflow and work asynchronously with a distributed team across different locations and time zones.
* Ability to juggle priorities, manage deadlines, and adapt quickly to new ideas and concepts.
* Prior experience in business banking or a related field, with a willingness to develop your skills and grow into the role.
* Prior experience with Salesforce projects would be highly beneficial.
