As a Store Manager, you'll lead a passionate team alongside your Assistant Store Manager. Your primary goal is to drive sales and key performance indicators (KPIs), coach and inspire your team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
You'll work closely with your Area Manager to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to achieve success. In this high-profile retail environment, you'll be empowered to make decisions that impact store performance.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a high-volume retail setting. You'll possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a results-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive store performance by achieving sales targets, KPIs, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
* Lead and motivate your team to deliver outstanding results in sales and customer service.
* Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales, celebrating successes and identifying areas for improvement.
* Manage rosters and wage costs in line with company targets and operational needs.
* Coach and develop team members, ensuring ongoing training, high morale, and strong succession planning.
* Oversee stock levels, store presentation, and operational excellence.
* Ensure adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards and legislation.
