As a Team Leader, you'll be the main liaison between on-ground shifts, clients/SIL Houses, and our Service Delivery Manager, contributing significantly to the smooth operation of our services.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Medication Management**:
- Ensure clients' medication is always stocked two weeks in advance, avoiding any disruptions.
- Coordinate with staff for medication pickups and script renewals, maintaining thorough documentation.
- Provide detailed feedback to the Service Delivery Manager after appointments, ensuring medication protocols are followed diligently.
- Review medication charts weekly, addressing any errors promptly and reporting to the SDM for operational adjustments.
**Client Care and Household Management**:
- Oversee weekly grocery shopping for clients, ensuring their nutritional needs are met.
- Monitor household maintenance and cleanliness, addressing any issues promptly.
- Manage client appointments effectively, maintaining organized records and following up post-appointments.
- Facilitate staff training and buddy shifts, ensuring new team members are well-prepared and competent in their roles.
**Job Details**:
- **Qualification Requirement**: 2years experience in support work
- **Pay**: $40 per hour
- **Expected Hours**: 24-38 per week, with flexibility and additional hours as needed.
- **Required Licenses/Certifications**: Working with Children Check & Blue Card (required), Police Check (preferred), Manual Handling Experience
- **Work Authorization**: Australia (required)
