Job Title
A highly skilled and enthusiastic Fitness Professional is sought to deliver engaging group fitness programs to clients of all ages. As a valuable member of our team, you will play a crucial role in promoting physical activity and well-being within the community.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop and deliver a diverse range of group fitness programs that cater to different age groups and abilities.
* Contribute to the improvement of existing programs and assist in the development of new initiatives.
* Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for members.
* Assist in the recruitment and retention of new participants and work closely with junior staff to promote program engagement.
Requirements
* Certificate III (SIS30321) in Fitness or equivalent AQF qualification in a relevant area of practice.
* Holds industry accreditation, preferably with AUDactive.
* Instructional experience in the relevant area of practice.
* Demonstrated experience in the design, delivery and evaluation of programs.
* Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
