**The Opportunity**:
Come and join our team! We are seeking a Community Disability Support Worker located in Kings Park. You will be responsible for supporting a customer with daily living tasks, enabling them to live an independent and holistic life. Each day may look a little different but your work will be centred around the following:
- Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
- Providing support with hygiene and personal care
- Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
- Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
- Meal assistance which may include meal preparation
**To be successful in this role you will have**:
- At least one year experience as a Disability Support Worker
- NDIS Clearance, First Aid (3 yrs), CPR (12 months) & National police clearance - or willingness to obtain
- Manual handling experience
**What shifts are we offering?**
- Monday 3pm-10pm + 10pm - 6am (sleepover) + 6am -7am active
- Wednesday 6pm-10pm + 10pm - 6am (sleepover) + 6am -7am active
- Thursday 6pm-10pm + 10pm - 6am (sleepover) + 6am -7am active
- Friday 6pm-10pm + 10pm - 6am (sleepover) + 6am -7am active
- Saturday 3pm-6pm
- Sunday 3pm-6pm
