As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindset. You will drive sales by upselling and engaging with our guests proactively.
To succeed in this role, you must be able to understand daily goals and challenges, working collaboratively with your team to achieve them. You will also take pride in your venue, ensuring it is well-stocked and ready to impress at all times.

Requirements:
* Uniqueness and a passion for fun
* Energy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucketloads of it
* Customer service, hospitality or retail experience and a love for building customer rapport
* A love of interacting with a diverse range of guests - teens, kids and adults
* Great availability, including weekends and nights
* A valid RSA and WWCC or keenness to get them
