We are currently recruiting an experienced Bookkeeper for a agile, global EdTech leader headquartered in Perth. You will be a reliable team member of a high performing team. This is a full-time role based in their Subiaco office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
- Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time
- Prepare BAS/PAYG/IAS
- Assist with reporting and other compliance obligations
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Manage company insurances and renewals
- Assist management with analysis and reporting as required.
About You:
- You bring a positive, can-do attitude with professional approach
- You are exceptionally organised, efficient, and motivated, with a strong work ethic.

- You consistently deliver high-quality, polished work.
- Minimum of 3+ years proven experience with Xero accounting software is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate to advanced)
- Strong understanding and working of accounting knowledge of STP, Awards, BAS/AIS, PAYG/GST, Super and Payroll Tax and the Australian compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently
- Certificate IV in Bookkeeping/Accounting preferred
