Job Description
We have an opportunity in our Sydney office for an Inventory Executive to join the Commerce team. This role is primarily responsible for supporting the Head of Total TV Trading with brief responses, rate and audience analysis and executing inventory maximisation strategies. The Inventory Executive will work cross‑functionally, gaining broad exposure to the national Commerce team (inventory and yield management), Sales, Traffic and Technology Solutions.
Day To Day You Will
* Provide support to the National Sales teams by assisting with and providing guidance in processing bookings and campaign amendments.
* Provide reporting and analytics.
* Implement inventory management strategies.
* Provide assistance and recommendations to the National Sales team on Network best practice.
* Liaise with various internal departments.
* Assist the Commerce team with ad‑hoc requests as required.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple, varied tasks and constantly shifting priorities within required timelines.
* Understanding of Media Sales.
* Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
* Strong analytical and financial skills are desirable.
* Proven problem‑solving skills with a solution‑focused mind.
* Enjoys working in a support role with a focus on delivering network‑wide KPIs.
