We are seeking a dedicated and skilled leader to oversee the delivery of exceptional vacation experiences to our valued guests. As an Experience Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every aspect of our guests' vacations exceeds their expectations.
About the Role:
This leadership position involves managing a team of professionals responsible for delivering high-quality vacation experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and performance managing the guest experience host teams.
* Skillful recruitment, training, and performance management of the Guest Experience Host teams.
* Effective management of day-to-day operations of Guest Experience Hosts, including all activities affecting Guest Experience Hosts.
* Preparation of comprehensive reports to track key performance indicators.
* Ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
* Fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and growth among team members.
