About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Technical Training Support Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating technical training sessions, managing logistics, and documenting training materials.
* Coordinate technical training sessions for internal teams and external partners;
* Prepare and maintain training schedules, materials, and resources;
* Support trainers in delivering technical content by managing logistics and resolving any issues that arise during training;
* Work closely with technical support engineers to document and organize training materials, presentations, and project files;
* Maintain accurate records of training sessions, including attendance, materials used, and key outcomes;
* Ensure all technical documents are correctly filed on a shared platform, updated, and accessible to relevant stakeholders;
* Manage and maintain the training platform/system;
* Monitor and track the progress of training programs, ensuring all attendees complete required assessments and provide feedback;
* Collect and compile feedback from participants to assess the effectiveness of training sessions;
* Generate reports on training outcomes and recommend improvements based on feedback and analysis.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A tertiary qualification in Australia;
* Around 3 years of experience working as a Team Assistant or Training Administrator role;
* Proficient with Microsoft Suites, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.;
* Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to work well under pressure;
* Detail-orientation and organized approach;
* Passion for the automotive industry, especially in EV space;
* Proficient in English and Chinese.
