(Nurse Grade 7)4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading12.75% employer contribution to superannuationPlus great Salary Sacrificing optionsFlexible working arrangements may be availableAbout your opportunityThe purpose of this role is to provide advanced clinical leadership, clinical expertise, and education relevant to the speciality of Rheumatic Heart Disease (RHD) for children and adolescents to improve the prevention, early detection, diagnosis and treatment of RHD and Acute Rheumatic Fever (ARF). The Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) will provide case management and care coordination for all children and adolescents to ensure a smooth transition to adult cardiology services.
