- We currently have a role available for a Revenue Analyst to join our regional Revenue Team_
**Getting to know the role and your responsibilities**
As our new Revenue analyst, this role is responsible for providing revenue management support and market/competitor analysis to the Director of Revenue to enable the regions revenue strategy to be executed effectively.
- Implementing and reviewing revenue strategies, including rate and inventory management
- Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark property performance to industry trends
- Work closely with property General Managers, Reservation teams & regional teams on all aspects of revenue maximization across all distribution channels.
- Produce daily, weekly and monthly statistics and monitor trends utilizing company reports.
- Review all group business strategies ensuring the optimal market mix is achieved
**What we need from you**
- Bachelor Degree in Business or similar preferred
- Minimum of 2 years operational experience in hotels front office or reservations function
- Experience in a Revenue Analyst function or similar highly desired
- Working understanding of Revenue Management principles in both a corporate and leisure environment
- Comprehensive understanding of Revenue Management principles in both a corporate and leisure environment
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, implement, maintain & measure strategies
- Strong reporting & analytical skills
- High level organisation & time management skills
