The Position
As a Residential Concierge at Beach House, you will be at the forefront of providing premium concierge services to our residents, ensuring their living experience is unparalleled. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming, supportive, and vibrant community atmosphere. Working under the guidance of the Concierge Supervisor, you will contribute to the seamless operation of high-end amenity areas, including a cinema, spa, swimming pool, bowling alley, and residents’ bar. Utilising YARDI for concierge service management, you will handle resident requests efficiently, contributing to the overall satisfaction and retention of our community members.
This role works on a Rotational Roster
Key Responsibilities
As a Residential Concierge for Beach House, your responsibilities include but are not limited to;
* Provide high-quality concierge services, ensuring resident requests are met with efficiency and a high standard of customer service.
* Assist in the management of amenity areas, ensuring they are well-maintained and provide an exceptional experience for all residents.
* Participate in the planning and execution of community events and activities, fostering a sense of belonging and community spirit among residents.
* Utilise YARDI concierge service management system to handle requests, bookings, and feedback, contributing to the efficient operation of concierge services.
* Work closely with the Concierge Supervisor and Property Management Team to enhance tenant satisfaction and adhere to our luxury living standards.
* Enhancing tenant satisfaction through excellent customer service and proactive communication.
* Resetting the property and amenity for the following day including general tidying of public areas
The Successful Candidate
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following attributes and experience:
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a proven track record in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality, hotels, or high-end residential settings.
* This role includes a rotating roster, working across different days of the week, including weekends.
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact positively and effectively with residents and team members.
* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team, supporting the Concierge Supervisor and contributing to a positive work environment.
* Vibrant and optimistic, with the capability to adapt to challenges and maintain a positive, solution-focused approach.
* Highly organized with attention to detail, ensuring all resident requests and concierge services are managed efficiently.
