The Gig:
You'll work closely with senior leaders, gaining hands-on experience across the full product lifecycle. From collaborating with clients to scoping requirements, through to guiding design and engineering teams, you'll be right at the center of product delivery, learning from some of the best.
This role is designed for someone ready to grow and learn; with mentorship, exposure to diverse industries, and the opportunity to progress into leading product and client engagements over time.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the entire product development lifecycle, managing engagements from discovery through to delivery.
* Collaborate with clients to understand goals, challenges, and customer needs.
* Translate insights into user stories, workflows, and product documentation.
* Partner with designers to shape intuitive user experiences
* Work alongside engineers to define requirements and support sprint planning.
* Assist with road-mapping and planning for new features and product evolution.
We're seeking a motivated product professional with a passion for building technology that matters.
You'll bring:
* 1–3 years' experience in product management or a related role.
* Strong interest and understanding of product discovery and lifecycle management.
* Ability to balance business needs, technical considerations, and customer value.
* Great communication skills not just with colleagues, but clients as well.
* A background in, and a deep love for technology. (dev background highly regarded)
* A willingness to work in-person from a fantastic, modern, Wollongong-based office space, learning, growing and contributing to collaboration in a friendly and high-performing team.
