Commercial Cleaner – Darwin Waterfront (Immediate Start)
We're looking for a reliable, experienced cleaner to join our team at the Darwin Waterfront Precinct.

This role starts on a casual basis, with the opportunity to move to permanent part-time or full-time employmentdepending on operational requirements.
About the Role
This is a hands-on commercial cleaning role that includes:
* Cleaning of common areas such as foyers, lifts, stairwells, and shared spaces
* Cleaning of car parks, walkways, outdoor areas, and pool surrounds
* Cleaning of common area and public toilets
* Rubbish bin management and outdoor cleaning tasks
The work can be physically demanding, including outdoor work in hot conditions.
Experience with floor scrubbers, pressure cleaning, or team supervision is an advantage but not essential.
Pay & Conditions
* Cleaning Services Award MA Level 1–2)
* Casual hourly rates from $32.31 to $33.78, including casual loading
* Penalty rates for weekends, public holidays, and early/late shifts in line with the Award
* Superannuation paid in accordance with Award entitlements
* Opportunity for long-term employment
About You
* Minimum 2 years of cleaning experience (commercial preferred)
* Good spoken English
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
* Own transport preferred
* Mobile phone
* Must already reside in Darwin (no Working Holiday Visa applicants)
