ENROLMENT AND MARKETING OFFICER

O'Loughlin Catholic College, located in the heart of Darwin's Northern Suburbs, is a vibrant co‑educational Catholic secondary school for students in Years 7–12. We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Enrolment and Marketing Officer to manage the College's enrolment processes and strengthen its profile within the wider community. This role plays a key part in promoting the College's mission, values, and reputation while ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for prospective and current families.
This is a full‑time position (37 hours per week) reporting to the Business Manager and Principal. This position is worked over 42 weeks per year, in line with the school term calendar.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and administer all aspects of student enrolments from enquiry through to commencement
* Act as the first point of contact for enrolment enquiries, tours, and prospective families
* Coordinate enrolment interviews, offers, and transitions in collaboration with College leadership
* Maintain accurate enrolment data and reporting, including census and compliance requirements
* Build and maintain strong relationships with feeder schools, parishes, and the wider community
* Lead the College's marketing, communications, and promotional activities
* Manage the College website, social media platforms, newsletters, and prospectus
* Ensure all College communications align with brand, style, and Catholic identity
* Represent the College at community and promotional events as required
About You
You will be a highly organised and professional individual with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. You will be able to manage confidential information with discretion and work both independently and collaboratively within a school environment.
Essential Requirements
* Current NT Ochre Card (Working with Children Check)
* Demonstrated experience in enrolments, administration, or admissions processes
* Demonstrated experience in marketing or communications (education sector desirable)
* Advanced computer literacy and confidence using enrolment and database systems
* Strong organisational, interpersonal, and written communication skills
* Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and safeguarding responsibilities
Desirable Qualifications
* Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
