Flow Cytometry Technical Sales Specialist
We are seeking an accomplished salesperson to drive the commercial success of our Life Science Research Flow Cytometry products in Australia and New Zealand.
The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales growth targets, developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and understanding their technical and application needs. They will also be responsible for submitting timely forecasts and reports, collaborating with leadership and marketing teams, and staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
* Achieving sales growth targets for research flow cytometry instruments and reagents in ANZ by aligning with company strategies.
* Developing and implementing a territory business plan with clear strategies to meet and exceed sales quotas.
* Submitting timely forecasts and reports as required and collaborating with leadership and marketing teams to identify trends and growth opportunities.
* Building strong relationships with key opinion leaders and influencers, and staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
The essential requirements for the job include:
* A proven track record of sales experience in the flow cytometry market.
* Proven ability to consistently achieve ambitious goals and influence stakeholders.
* A current driver's licence and the ability to travel in ANZ and globally when required.
* A Science degree (or equivalent) and practical flow cytometry experience.
* Skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint with excellent written and spoken English.
