Property/Leasing/Commercial Lawyer 1-2 years PAE

Our Property and Charities group are seeking to hire a junior Property Lawyer with a solid background in Commercial Leasing. You will work closely with Partners Chris Drayton and Belinda Marsh acting for a broad range of clients including charities, religious organisations, listed and unlisted property trusts, private and public companies as well as some private individuals.
Matters will include complex commercial, industrial, and retail leasing as well as sales and acquisitions. You will also assist Belinda in providing legal advice in all stages of a charity's 'life cycle' from incorporation, day to day governance to winding up as well as advice in relation to legislative requirements.
This role will suit a lawyer with a Commercial Property/Leasing background who has a genuine interest in Charities. A minimum of 1 year PAE and a solid academic transcript are also essential.
