**Administration Assistant, **working in a flexible and remote capacity

Certificates or qualifications in business, marketing or real estate are highly desired, as is previous recruitment or real estate experience, however not essential. If you come from a customer service background, we'd love to hear from you.
**Your duties include**:
- Construct and post job advertisements;
- Assist and perform administrative tasks for Director and other recruiters;
- Complete all data entry requirements on CRM and online system;
- System administration;
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders;
- Manage and delegate all incoming website enquires;
- Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns across social and electronic mediums; and
- Creating social media content and managing social media platforms.
**To be successful you will have**:
- Experience in a similar role within a professional services environment;
- General understanding of recruitment processes;
- Knowledge in real estate, property technology and construction industries is highly regarded however not essential;
- Relevant marketing experience;
- An understanding of the social media environment;
- The ability to work autonomously;
- Acute attention to detail;
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
- Time management and prioritisation skills;
- Ability to display empathy and compassion;
- Solid computer skills;
- Report generation and presentation;
- The ability to focus on delivering results; and
- The ability to work to deadlines.
