Seeking an experienced retail professional to lead our Claremont store as a Full Time Assistant Store Manager. We are looking for a passionate leader who can motivate and train their team to deliver exceptional customer service and styling.
About the Role
This role is perfect for someone who has a proven track record in fashion retail management, preferably within a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor position. The ideal candidate will have excellent people skills, a positive attitude and be proactive in driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets through effective selling strategies
2. Develop and implement visual merchandising displays that drive sales and enhance customer experience
3. Train staff on Seafolly products, services and brand values
4. Maintain accurate records of stock levels, sales performance and other key metrics
5. Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and open communication
