The Role
This is a permanent full-time position suited to an experienced dental receptionist who is confident managing front-desk operations while also assisting clinically when required.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing reception duties including bookings, phone calls, and patient enquiries
* Processing payments and claims using Medicare, DVA, and SA Dental systems
* Using D4W / D4Web practice management software (experience highly regarded)
* Liaising with dental laboratories and external providers
* Maintaining accurate patient records and accounts
* Providing excellent customer service and patient support
* Occasional chairside assisting and sterilisation duties, as required
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Has a minimum of 2 years' experience in dental reception duties
* Has strong knowledge of dental terminology and workflows
* Is proficient or experienced with D4W / D4Web (a huge advantage)
* Is confident processing Medicare, DVA, and SA Dental claims
* Has dental assisting experience and understands infection control and sterilisation protocols
* Is professional, reliable, well-presented, and patient-focused
* Works well within a team and communicates clearly
