Fernwood Fitness Woonona is looking for a confident, friendly Sales & Customer Service Consultant to join our vibrant women-only fitness community.
This role is perfect for someone who loves people, thrives on sales, and enjoys being part of a supportive, high-energy team.
What we're looking for:
* Proven sales background with experience working to KPIs & targets - applications without demonstrated proven sales experience in a cover letter will not be considered.
* Friendly, approachable and a strong team player
* Confident communicator with a positive attitude
* Availability for a mix of 8–12pm and 3–7.30pm shifts Mon-Thur Fri 8-2pm and alternating Saturdays. Approx. 20-25 hours per week to start and can lead to more hours for the right applicant.
The role includes:
* Reception & administration duties
* Conducting club tours and membership sales
* Making outgoing calls to support sales and member engagement
* Outreach & community involvement – representing Fernwood at events, promotions and local marketing initiatives (including flyer distribution)
