The Position:
- Responsible for leading a team of 20+
- Assisting supervisor and support the cleaning team
- Carry out cleaning inspection, be responsible for Quality Control and service rotations
- Receive and respond to emails
- Issuing and Managing staff rosters, time sheet
- Review stock levels and complete the orders
- Maintenance of cleaning records and compliance standards
- Delivery of excellent customer service and positive communication to all customers

Minimum Criteria:
- Experience in cleaning operations; domestic, commercial or industrial
- Demonstrated sound knowledge in floor maintenance and high level cleaning with an eye for detail
- National Police clearance, within 3 months of issue
- Self motivated and can demonstrate initiative on the job
- Professional presentation and customer service
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and management.
- Must have blue card or willing to obtain
