About the roleThe City of Coffs Harbour is seeking a Team Leader in Development Engineering to guide a skilled team in delivering high-quality services aligned with the City's planning goals. In this role, you will provide expert engineering advice on development applications and land use proposals while promoting a collaborative culture within the team. Your responsibilities include overseeing civil works assessments, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, and enhancing customer service through digital integration.Please refer to the Position Description for a more detailed understanding of the role.About youThe ideal candidate will possess a Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, and have demonstrated significant experience in team management and development engineering related matters.
