The Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Support Coordinator tojoin our Sales team based at Yatala, QLD to handle large volume of calls andact as a first point of contact for our new and existing customers.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, your mainresponsibilities will be:
* Providesolutions to customer enquiries and convert inbound sales enquiries andleads into sales
* Effectivelymanage email and phone enquiries for new, existing and potential customersacross all merchant and builder channels
* Professionallyhandle large volume of email and phone inquiries from new, existing, andpotential customers across all communication channels.
* Proactivelyescalate technical issues or complex queries to the Manager
* Providerobust sales support to the national sales team, including accurate andtimely order entry.
* Liaisewith internal teams and external stakeholders to foster collaboration andtrust.
* Assistwith identifying opportunities for continuous improvement to drive costsavings and enhance service quality, efficiency, and safety.
* Activelycreate and follow up on quotes and inbound sales inquiries, convertingthem into successful sales within the appropriate timeframe
About You
* 2+years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the Manufacturing orConstruction industries.
* Experiencewith interpreting hydraulic plans, house plans, and analyzing technicalinformation with accuracy (Training provided).
* Confidentcommunicator with a strong ability to engage directly with both retail andindustry customers.
* Self-motivatedand driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Exceptionalinterpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strongrelationships.
* Quick-thinking,with the ability to problem-solve effectively under pressure.
* Attentionto detail, paired with excellent time management capabilities to handlemultiple tasks seamlessly.
* Proficientin Microsoft Office Suite with hands-on experience using CRM systems.
* Willingnessto learn as our range changes and grows, ensuring that our customers areprovided every option possible.
