What You'll Be Doing
* Territory Strategy & Execution
– Own and execute a national sales strategy focused on aged care groups and healthcare networks.
* Lead Generation & Prospecting
– You'll be supported by an SDR, but your proactive approach to networking, relationship‑building and outbound activity will keep your pipeline strong.
* Solution & Value Selling
– Deliver impactful discovery sessions and product demonstrations, clearly articulating ROI for clients.
* Relationship Building
– Build long-term, trusted relationships with key decision-makers across multi‑site operators and healthcare organisations.
* Proposals & Negotiation
– Develop tailored proposals and negotiate commercial terms, targeting strong win rates.
* CRM & Reporting
– Maintain accuracy and transparency in forecasting, activity tracking and pipeline management.
* Internal Collaboration
– Work closely with SDRs, Marketing, Product and Sales Leadership to align on strategy and continuously enhance the go‑to‑market approach.
* Market Intelligence
– Share industry insights and customer feedback to help shape product development and future enhancements.
About You
You'll thrive here if you bring:
* 3+ years' experience in B2B software sales
(SaaS or healthcare technology highly desirable).
* Experience selling into
aged care, healthcare, or complex multi‑site environments
.
* A consultative, solutions‑focused approach to selling.
* Strong relationship management skills and the ability to engage senior decision‑makers.
* A track record of progressing deals efficiently through the pipeline and hitting revenue goals.
* Familiarity with
CRM systems
and disciplined pipeline management.
* Experience with SaaS, eMM, EMS or integration‑based technologies (advantageous).
