Overview
We are currently looking for enthusiastic, reliable and friendly lifeguards to join the team. Our lifeguards are responsible for the Day to Day Pool Operations within our facility and ensure that all areas both in and surrounding our pools are a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.
Responsibilities
* Maintain safety around the pool and supervise aquatic activities
* Assist patrons and provide excellent customer service
* Monitor water quality and facility conditions to ensure a clean, safe environment
* Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm and professional manner
* Communicate effectively with staff and patrons to support a positive experience
Qualifications & Skills
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Understanding of OHS and public safety applications within a facility
* Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
* National Police Check
* Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
* Current Pool Operations Certificate is not essential but highly regarded
