The successful candidate will have a strong track record of leadership, academic expertise, and experience in rural health education, research, and workforce development. They will be able to inspire and motivate staff, stakeholders, and community partners to achieve the department's goals.
A PhD or equivalent in a health discipline is required, along with extensive experience in Indigenous health education and research. The ideal candidate will also possess knowledge of government policies related to rural health and proven ability to develop collaborative relationships within academia and with strategic partners.
