We built AskTALY AI to give leaders the insights they need to truly understand their people – quick, affordable, and actionable personality data that helps teams work better together.

We launched less than six months ago and already have clients in four countries. The early traction’s real – now we’re ready to turn that momentum into something scalable.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Client Experience & Success Partner – someone early in their career who’s excited to grow with us. You’ll work closely with the founder to help our clients feel seen, supported, and inspired by what TALY can do. Think of it as being the friendly, thoughtful human behind the product – the one who turns curiosity into long‑term connection.

What You’ll Do

- Run engaging demos and thoughtful follow‑ups that make leaders excited to work with TALY
- Build relationships that feel personal, consistent, and valuable
- Help design and test simple, scalable systems for client engagement
- Bring curiosity to every client conversation and share insights with the team
- Collaborate closely with the founder to shape how we show up to the world

About You

- You’re early in your career and love working directly with people
- Maybe you’ve worked in HR, a SaaS or HRTech company, or recruitment – bonus points, not requirements
- You’re a natural communicator – curious, clear, and kind
- You think in systems and like finding smarter ways to do things
- You’re emotionally intelligent and confident with all kinds of people
- You thrive in small, early‑stage environments where your ideas matter

The Details

- Part‑time or flexible (2–3 days/week)
- Remote‑friendly (Australia‑based)
- Competitive early‑career base (around $80K Pro‑Rata) + ESOP – be part of the upside
