Development Project Manager
Manage a large-scale master plan development project in the Illawarra region.
* Oversight of on-site delivery across multiple architecturally designed towers and basement car parks.
* Leadership and mentorship of a team of site supervisors and foremen.
* Driving program milestones, safety, and quality on a high-rise Class 2 residential development worth over $100M.
* Coordination of subcontractors and ensuring compliance with building codes and environmental standards.
About You:
* At least 12 years' construction experience, including 6+ years in leadership roles.
* Proven track record delivering complex, multi-storey Class 2 projects.
* Strong programming, sequencing, and stakeholder management skills.
