The Role
Reporting to senior leadership, the Regional Sales Manager – NSW / ACT will be responsible for overseeing a team of Area Sales Managers whilst leading the regional sales strategy and ensuring the successful delivery of wholesale and retail sales performance across the dealer network.
This role is pivotal in driving market growth, developing dealer relationships, leading a sales team, and executing initiatives that support the brand's continued expansion.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve regional business objectives including wholesale and retail vehicle sales, revenue and market performance
* Negotiate vehicle supply volumes aligned with stock levels and long-term planning
* Develop and implement effective monthly, quarterly and annual retail sales strategies
* Manage regional budgets to deliver optimal performance outcomes
* Lead, coach and develop the sales team to deliver a collaborative "whole-of-business" approach
* Drive dealer engagement and performance through targeted incentive campaigns and initiatives
* Maintain strong communication with existing dealer partners while identifying new market opportunities
* Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure alignment between brand strategy and operational delivery
About You
You are a collaborative and commercially driven sales leader who enjoys building strong teams and delivering results through partnership with dealer networks.
You may already be working as a Regional or State Sales Manager within the automotive industry, or you could be an experienced senior sales leader ready to step into a broader regional leadership role.
