About You:
* AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, with experience as a Facility Manager / Residential Manager / Director of Nursing
* Strong knowledge of ACQS, previous experience leading successful accreditation processes is desirable
* Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a clinical team
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proactive approach to time management.
