Lead a team of state DOT planners and modal experts to develop cutting-edge solutions for clients. Your role involves overseeing the development of technical competencies in state DOT planning and modal staff.
Key Responsibilities
You will drive companywide improvement of technical competencies, monitor transportation policies at federal, state, and local levels, and collaborate with practice leaders to elevate statewide multimodal planning practice.
1. Elevate client strategies by developing winning pursuit plans with business development leaders.
2. Assist clients in creating strategic plans to leverage HDR's talent pool.
3. Work with other practice leaders to develop innovative ideas that capitalize on emerging transportation trends.
To succeed in this position, you need a Master's degree in Planning, Engineering, or related field; professional registration such as AICP, PE, PTOE, PTP, PMP; minimum 10 years consulting experience; and proficiency in MS Office products.
Requirements: Advanced degree in relevant field, professional registration, and 10+ years' experience in consulting.
